The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) is proud to announce its recent recognition with the Corporate/Organization Transformation Award by the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) at the 2024 IAM North American Awards on October 22.

The Corporate/Organization Transformation Award honors the corporate journey and the excellence displayed by organizations to progress their asset management competence. To receive this award, OC San effectively highlighted its asset management journey over the past 20 years, culminating in the successful transition to a fully in-house asset management program. As an IAM North American Award Winner, OC San will be entered into the international IAM Excellence Awards.
