OC San is proud to announce it has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), with special recognition for OC San’s Capital Program. This award is the highest form of recognition in governmental budgeting and represents a significant achievement by OC San.

To receive the award, OC San satisfied nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentation for the biennium beginning July 2024. These guidelines assess how well an agency’s budget serves as a policy document, a financial plan, an operations guide, and a communications tool. Recognition with this award reflects OC San’s commitment to fiscal stewardship.
