OC San’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a long-term plan to rehabilitate, replace, and improve our infrastructure and facilities. OC San’s infrastructure includes almost 390 miles of regional sewer pipes, 15 pump stations, and two reclamation facilities.  In the past fiscal year, $262.3 million was spent on various projects that allow us to continue to meet our mission of protecting public health and the environment. Over the next 10 years, over $3.25 billion is projected for capital improvements.
