Budget

The Orange County Sanitation District's (OC San) budget reflects the agency's ongoing efforts to streamline operations. The goal of OC San is to provide wastewater treatment as efficiently and effectively as possible.

OC San has received the Government Finance Officers Association “Distinguished Budget Presentation” award continuously since FY 1996-97.

To receive this award, the agency must meet the program criteria as a policy document, an operative guide, a financial plan and a communications medium.
